Yes, it's great. Plus, when juggernaut is over, the shield that comes up acts as a mini jugg with the heavy damage reduction and the fact that it stuns anyone attacking you.

About the sword, it is good to cause stun. You walk with a skill no has cooldown, which can stun. But against boss, the proc is useless. I believe the same goes for PVP.
