Arcane weapon lvl 16?

Imo its good that arcanes are for lvl16. This way that level will be always active , and poeple making a twink will know at which level to stop.

Why do you guys release a powerful weapon only for lvl 16?, this doesnt make any sense, since they alot 14-15 players. If this weapon release, it will kill that 2 zone, especially lvl 15 that meet lvl 16 often. That 14-15 players will be underpowered against 16 by the huge gap. I spent alot time to complete my lvl 15 set and still working for house buff, and then this weapon will make my effort worthless since only lvl 16 up that can be able to use the weapon. You should decide it before it will ruin the balance. Its not mythic, Its arcane!!!

Just lv16 commenting "great idea" lol, when we all now the real important brackets was ever 5-10-15-20... And yes it is 15-17 not 13-15 dude.

i used to play at lv14 pvp and i find lv15 and lv16 all the time...rarely a lv12 and lv13...i started pvp'ing again at around the time of elondrian event and lv14 pvp was dead...no players and only a 2-3 lv14 guild rest all lv15 like players...i levelled up coz of that and my only frend is lv15 and now this weapon

even if we dont level up some of the people we fight with will level up to 16 leaving our bracket empty and boring

New level 16 arcane weapons should not be allowed to be socketed with para's and eyes.

Brackets are 1-3/3-5/5-7/7-9/9-11/11-13/13-15/15-17/17-19

13-15 cannot be a bracket.

It is only at Lv 15 that Fortified Jewels are enabled. Dont forget that levels under 15 use weaker Standard Jewels.
It is only at lv 15 that extra 4/5 passive skills can be unlocked.

15 is the lowest rung of 15-19 bracket. From lv 20 a new bracket starts based on the reasons above.

I personally dont own a 16 twink, but if 15/16 is its own bracket, why are all of the lv 15s raising cane about the new weaps? How hard is it to level up One level to compete?

Ofc lvl 14 will have no big problem, cause they have 2 lvl gap different, lvl 15 must forced to lvl down or up, this require time again to collect gear from highballers out there.

Me? Nope i dont becoz L14 is not a bracket of 15
