Not everyone gets to loot 1m+ items from an event... otherwise it would just be a giveaway not something to work for

Arcane rarity drop. Will require a reroll off a legendary to kick it up a level or just plain dumb good luck
Assume similar rate to set rarity

Correct, if you get the chest it is guaranteed to grant one of the three depending on the class tha topens it

there is no level restriction on the Chest dropping, and it is tradeable/stashable

I love how this game fills up with more and more options to make gold, not depending on gear or plat. We run with friends of every tier and we always find something to do to make progress now. The Backpack in combination with Antignome set looks spectacular.
