Why Can't Elite Dead City Drop New Chests
I think that the new chests should be able to drop in both normal and elite maps. Justg stated, when I asked him, that the elite maps start at level 21. When trying to grind for the next 400 elite boss kills i need to get just 100 aps, it would be nice to have a chance to loot something decent. Both normal and elite maps should have an equal chance to drop the chest. Who else thinks that they should allow this chest to drop in the elite dead city maps?

I understand you want to be able to loot these chests with your end game toon, but then they will be looted far too often and the price will drop way down. The whole idea here is to introduce an item of interest to maps where nobody currently farms. Tons of players are doing the elite dead city maps because of the APs. Nobody is farming the regular dead city maps, so that was the idea here.
It would be nice to see more of this going forward.... In Pocket Legends, there were always players farming many of the maps at all levels, since there were always good items to be looted. One of the big problems in AL is nobody farms the lower level maps as there is nothing good to be looted. Event gear has surpassed legendary gear at most levels, so unless there is something mythic or arcane that drops on a certain map, nobody is ever interested in farming there. This is the way to revitalize often ignored older dungeons.
I just wanted the chest to drop in both areas not just in elites. Also the chest has been released for over 3 hours now and not even one has dropped. Odds are super low.
The funny thing is that we (56lvls) can kill dead city in like 20 sec,and we are farming now for 4 hours and looted nothing ...do you thing that a 16 lvl that can barely kill a mob will loot one? XD why dont you put them in banded chests?(even with low drop rate)
The drop rate is way to low. The least they can do is put it in elite maps as well. I just farmed for like 3 hrs and got nothing along with tons of other guildies.

But it seems that Maarkus was the only one that looted it before your post.
