It's legit, people have and will always pour gold into twinking. When I do sell my expensive vanities and eggs they are usually bought by twinks. If these new Arc weapons really offer a huge advantage I expect this trend to continue.

I believe the price of these are going for around 10m currently. The 5 plat to open is negligible since the drop is guaranteed to the class that pops it

5 plats, with guarantee return don't think the key market is going to spike because of these new arcanes.

Yes it is able to use at higher levels.

i like this new arcane weapons because u will need to farm,work hard to loot this new weapons.keep it this way sts so it will keep it's rarity "ARCANE"

Twink items hold value much better than most items especially 'rare' items or good items. You'd be surprised how much twinks are willing to pay to have the best gear at a level.
