I have recently purchased sns,as I was trying to slot it,a ping spike happened ,my game froze, I hit buttons to try and unfreeze, I was dced,upon return,I see my sns is open.
So I contact sts about re egging,their website has a procedure to do this still in place,I followed the guidelines as set out.
I received a response saying they received my request and would look into it.
A week later,5 emails,and surprise sts doesn't respond, I guess they don't believe their customer base deserve a follow response,all I am asking them to do is follow the process they have listed on their own support page and re egg my sns so I can use it in slots on other pets.
Does anyone else get ignored by sts,about policy issues?
