help please

3 days ago i reset my password, but i didnt recieve any notifications on my e-mail. i checked all folders. on the next day i add sts as trusted, tried to recover password again... still no mails on my e-mail. What can i do? I think that mail.ru is glitched so i cant recieve mails for some reason from sts. I also checked filtration and black list.. all is ok. I also send report to support 48+ hours ago and still no answer. help me please

Yeah I send like 8 email but only get machine answer me,
There is alot problem not yet solved in suport I thinks

You only need to email them once and be patient support has helped me with quite a few things and in my experience it takes 3days to two weeks to get it fixed
