Item NPC vendors locations

Good morning.

The game is down so I took a moment to register and ask a silly question.

2nd post, new to the game.

I am a lev 42 Mage. All of the items I have have either been found or purchased from other players (I have a ring purchased with plat)

I keep seeing chats about a CS and I am assuming it is a NPC store where you use gold to purchase items. Where is the CS?

Also, is there any kind of map of the towns and NPC's?

Auction house = CS
It is located in balefort castle, forward from spawn and first to left and you can't miss it. Those three birds standing on chest are npc to access CS.

There you can buy items with gold from other player and sell your own items for gold. It's sort of middle man in trades. Where you can find items what others selling, but items and sell items.
