Why does TrialPay doesn't pay put platinum?

Ok so i am doing offers from both providers, NativeX and Fyber and both give out platinum 80% of the time when you completed one of their requirements (ofc the 20% sometimes they dont too). But when i do offers from TrialPay 100% of the time they dont really give out any platinum reward i'm saying this because even though i really completed one of their offer, they dont give anything at all. Even thougn i send them an e-mail for not receiving my platinum, they reply but not give my platinum out :/...

Can a Dev. Pls spark a light on this? I mean is this provider is just like a troll? Because i've done like 10 offers and still nothing. And they wont even give out a single 1 platinum from an offer that will reward you 1 platinum.

Really Disappointed on this provider.

Just watch the videos on Fyber, I spent hours watching trailers like My Singing Monster LOL..
And I never use TrialPay as most of those offers are paid..
I guess just keep emailing if they take more than a week or so..

For some reason in my country has no plat offers for video =(...and i never get back plat ..its a big scamm
