Elusive 4 drop rate up event ....Anytime soon ?

How many of the 4 have we got?
I dunno if its 1/4 or 3/4...
I think we can add a counter for it to Guild hall where elite kills are displayed?

Just hunt them on your own. I did, and completed achievement. Takes some time, but would with event too.
