Platinum Purchase Issue

Purchase ability? I seem to have been charged several times for 19.99 plat to level my mishi. It is charging me but no plat. I tried the 9.99 one today and worked so I tried the 19.99 again and it didn't work again? Did you NERF me? And can you please buff chad in support?

But really though. Funny aside is anyone else having this issue or just me? Seems I can get some but not the 19.99 pack. I'm a little nervous to try again just for the sake of testing. Anyone else encountering this issue?

Dam so just me? If someone could pass this on to chad as well. Is it better to refund through apple or speak to chad. I'm not a rich man. I just wanted to spend 20 bucks. But I'd prefer to get my money back asap. I got bills to pay.
