What endgame weapon is most suitable

So after saving up some gold and getting close to 56 I've decided to go purchase my weapon, although I'm unsure as what to get because of all the options and uses.
I'm mainly focusin pve, I want to be able to tank and farm efficiently, which makes me lean toward a aegis (glint, or immortal) but I will also have 2900 armor as it is when I'm 56, do I need that extra 250?

Dragon sword, immortal sword, glint aegis, or immortal aegis. I also don't really know what any of the procs are or what helps kill mobs the best.
After reading the descriptions I learn toward immo sword but I don't know what they do in action
Any advice or comments about any of those weapons will be much appreciated

For pure PvE : mythic aegis of grit hands down

Is mythic aegis better than immo aegis? Is it because of the proc?

Yes mythic aegis is way way better for pve Arcane aegis is good for pvp though.

I've had aegis and now dragon sword. I personally like the dragon sword, the proc lava and stun is versatile in many situations. Yes, the armor is less, I've used jewels to offset that a bit. Good luck and you would enjoy either I'm guessing!

Yes arcane sword 46 is good in some situations i own both the aegis and the sword, also the armor isnt the reason aegis is good its the proc that taunts mobs that makes it so good the high armor is just a small bonus. I barely use arcane sword in pve tends to slow me down when killing mobs boss is a little slow if you use aegis but have a good rogue in pt and they can do the dmg while you keep aggro,with sword its pretty hard to keep them away from the dps classes. If you can afford both thats best but mythic aegis is best all around warrior weapon on most of the pve maps,especially elites.

After purchasing a aegis of grit I'm glad I took the advice of those who posted. In big piles of mobs I blow up non-stop dealing more damage than the mage in my party
