How to unlock?

How do you unlock Mardi Growl and Bayou Boss Brawl? I'm above level 35 and have beaten all the levels in The Ancient Swamps.

Mardi Growl becomes unlocked when you complete Bye Bayou(#5), and Bayou Boss Brawl becomes unlocked after completing Mardi Growl.

When you completely finish each Forest Haven Level I thought. Idk :/ not missing much. Trust me
