I'm asking this because ppl in endgame PvP are constantly telling me (out) I mean WTF?! I CAN'T PVP ENDGAME because I'm not rich player?! TF they DONT even have a reason!! AM I BETTER OF USING A LVL 56 LEGENDARY WEP?! O.O

Not good for pvp, even in lvl 46 pvp isnt good, better try to affod dragon hunter sword.
