i send report 12 h ago and still no answer. i have a trouble-password on my account was reset. i didnt recieve notification on my mail. i also tried to recover password in game, but i still didnt recieve a new one. I check all folders on mail every hour. what can i do? ty in advance

Same happening with me... Tried to contact support team for some help they replied once asking more details and after that they are dead from 18days...
Checking my mail daily... Not even automated responce for granting case working ;(
