Without getting into the erroneous assumptions about the odds, there are enough awesome things in the possible enhancements list that no matter what you will be able to come up with something that rocks.

In general, we have seen players very happy with what they are rolling up.

There's nothing erroneous about basic statistics. If someone were to want this perfect build, given that there are 132 possible buffs, 4 slots each and every time you roll you reroll all slots, your odds of getting the 1 combination you want are (1/132)^4 which is 1 in 303,595,776 for the 1 perfect buff you want. This is of course assuming equal odds of getting each buff.

There are tons of very desirable combinations in reach for all classes if you can accept imperfection. Playing elites now is a blast since everyone got something worthy out of it.
