Still not received crate tokens since the ursoth event

Its been many weeks since I sent a ticket to support on the issue of not receiving crate tokens from locked crates of the blood leaf because I opened them before crate tokens were added to them.

I received a reply around a month or more ago telling me that developers have been notified and will solve the issue but here I am almost 2 months later still being owed hundreds of crate tokens.

I hope I will be well compensated for this inconvenience along with being given my crate tokens.

I got the same issue crate tokens from blood leaf and house deed, i sent them a lot of support tickets and yet no progress. i've been waiting for them to give my lodge house deed and my crate tokens for almost 2 months now. Goodluck to us,i hope they fix this asap.

I missed out on buying an egg for crate tokens to sell it for up to 6,500,000 gold. The egg is now worth just over 3,000,000. There was no mistake on my part so I need to be compensated well.

Can a developer just look into this? My money has been taken and held for 2 months without me getting what I paid for.
