U hv to keep on empowering. If u get lucky u might open those locked slots. I managed to open 1 extra slot for both my dagger & bow with my crafted and cs's bought elite awakening gems.

I was using the excellent and superb when I began my sorcerer. I went nobles during this weekend. There's nothing exposed, I'm completely truthful. Neither time nor stats are stopping.

Got this after around 25 rerolls. I think its quite good. This adds 35 STR, 14 DEX, 14 INT.

When you unlocked all slots you will always rerun these slots but no slot will be locked again with a reroll.
