Can i upgrade my awakenes weapon without worries?

So, many people told me if i upgrade my awakened weapon with jewels the additional stats will disappear?
So i can't use jewels anymore or whut?

Yea, well i just want to be sure my awakened stats won't disappear.
I planned upgrading my daggs this coming night with a superb jewel but i guess ill wait until its save haha

This was my dragon hunter sword before i started upgrading:

While upgrading it looks like this:

That yellow searching icon...indicates that the item is not awoken.

So i guess when i get my sword from crafting ill lose my awoken stats :/

I hope my stats will be returned...as they were before upgrading...

We think that this occurs when there is a server bounce between when you start and finish the crafting. We'll put a fix in later today, when did you start crafting this item?

Aaaaw sorry for ur lose awaken stats....lucky i look this forum tonite before upgrding jewel in my awaken weapon....

* i hope its not gone after finish upgrrading that awaken weapon

I started crafting around 3-4 hours ago
Should i claimm the item or keep it in craft? After it has finished?

It's a bug. We have a fix, we're testing it, and we should have it out soon.

In the meantime if you are crafting something don't remove it.

Bit too late... i putted my sword in upgrade this morning. Is there chance that i get my awaken buffs back? I was happy of them

Had the same problem this morning but After a couple minutes all the awakening buffs reappeared

Hotfix is going in now that should fix these issues. If your stats have disappeared, give them a bit of time to come back. If they don't, hit us up in support and we'll try to help.
