Any. Get good gear with arcane weapon and you are fine
But one would do the absolute best like be rly rly good I was recommended that for level 16 rogue is very op also which level range is most popular 16,17 or 18 thx

Well I don't currently pvp at them levels but from what I see, 17 rogue seems fun/good.
