connection lost during patching (please read dev)

-Done check my connection & no problem when browsing or download..
-Done clear cache & clear data
-Done reinstall app
but when open app and then during download patch, it is like no connection..why???
what another i must doing?

note: if sts need another screenshoot speedtest or another ss. ill give..
