I get kicked when i try to switch maps

Hello, sometimes when i try to switch on an map or from a map to a town, then I get kicked out of the game and i have to restart the app.
It happens on both of my devices since the last update. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and Sony Xperia M4 aqua with Android 5.0.
