Anti-gnome set bonuses

I obtained all 5 pieces of anti-gnome set. In the info box, of any item, it says "Effects only apply in Underhul dungeons and Glinstone". The problem is that set does not have any bonuses in any of the glinstone maps. Bonuses and ring shows in Underhul maps. Is that a typo or a bug? Are bonuses underhull only?

They're underhul only. And Glintstone city.
