How can twinks reach expedition camp?

Hi my twink has cleared all levels of shuyal but cant enter expedition camp. I have seen so many twinks there and they advise to use arcane deary or deary ring.
Any advise.

Arcane deary portals ..sometime when u entered the portal ..its teleport u to other town

u can party someone who has arcane deary and kill bosses in yadra forest easiest way.... no need to buy arcane deary

i hav a lvl 8 twink with all maps unlocked too XD
