Hisha's AA won't allow my skills to work

Hi ppl when I activate Hisha's AA it stops my skills from doing anything. It seems to do this when the statue from her activated AA is dropped on a boss or mob and I'm trying to attack while I'm standing in it's aura. My rogue doesn't even fire any arrows and all I can hear is a click (same as when u get high ping and map lags). Anyone experiencing this?

What is your weapon? some weapon like flame forged dagger not allowing the user to attack when its proc happening. Im using hisha too but it is fine, I can still use all skill.

I'm using a glintstone longbow of tact. I will be upgrading to an immo bow very soon so I'm hoping this may fix the bug

Maybe it just ping spike, cause I have no problem using it.

I got noproblem on it, Maybe the lags fault?
