I have yet to get the platinum I earned I emailed sts support@spacetimestudios.com
But no response so I'm gonna post it here for a reply I haven't got the plat from these offers..
If not supposed to email sts who do I email...

It should be the ? Mark on the top right when doing offers. However I don't trust trial play I only use Tapjoy since they have good customer service.

That's right, you need to email the support of the offer provider since they're the ones that have record of you completing the offer.
Support DOES actually care, but will tell you exactly that.
