Why can not i get my free platinum?

I follow all instruction I download the game from play store and start playing it so many times and download it so many times again and still doesn't give me my free platinum. Please help sts!! Thanks in advance and more power

Report it via the one where you got the offers like nativex's support or Trialplay etc. Sometimes the offers not working so report it and they'll fix it for you.

Same here i spent 2 hours on stupid game on facebook only to waste my time and not get plat and they said records show i didnt do the offer so sent a screen shot that i was the lvl it said to get

That will usually fix it. I've done a bunch of the free offers for my own character and have had issues receiving the rewards on some. Once I contacted the support for the offer provider (Trialpay, NativeX, etc) they were able to help me, although it usually took 1-2 days and I had to prove I reached the goal through screenshots and verification emails.

This isn't something that is registered or handled on our end though so you'll have to work with the offer providers here!

I got the plat took a long time (4 days) but still going on 3 weeks now of tryimg to get my account back all cause i clicked forgot password instead of login i sent them the thing it sent me when i brought $50 worth of plat even all the names that was on the account sent email and what all i spent plat on but does it really take 3 weeks?

I've had the same issue, I even did the 1800 plat offer and deposited 10 pound to some online gambling website and I didn't receive my plat. Bye bye real life money
