attack speed!? what do you think?

We actually have something called damage per second

I think there is an attack speed but you just cant exactly measure it. This is because when I equip Runesteel Blades, I get a lot of dps but when I equip Dragon Blades, I get more damage and less dps. So that means that Drag Blades attack slower than Rune Blades

A mage example is the firesquid and flamestrike (because i'm a mage), they are the weapon with fastest attack speed for mage.
Just have a mage spamming auto attack with it, and another mage spamming auto attack with another weapon, you'll see the difference.

sorry, im just used to call it auto attack from STS's past games ......

I just meant the regular normal attack, so spamming is just keep clicking the button

Its a misconception the damage per second on our stats is not attack speed. I think its part of the calculation where our(Nox poison, fireball ignite, bleed etc) DOT damage is taken.

Not really. DPS is how fast our weapon hit/charge. Example dev maul vs storm sword

So if i have architect dagger with 1k dps and i get immo dagger with 2k dps, the immo one will hit 2 times faster?

You just won't notice it
Its also about how fast your normal attack CHARGE.
Try test with some low DPS weapon vs immo dags or anything
