Rogue Faster Skills CD for balance?

Maybe start with -.03 to .05 sec cd on aimed shot and nox with an increased range. What do you think?

I mean you can't throw an axe farther than using a bow right? Just a suggestion.

Would be pretty good if this is implemented with masteries. Rogue masteries are trash atm, weapon awakens completely shade them.
But devs said they wont be changing rogue, so i feel like wasting time.

I know you was on around 48 brackets but i also know that rogue in that brackets didnt have any balance problem

Any change in aimed mastery is more useful than lower mana cost

No. Korruption will make this buff useless. Also, it will affect pve far more than PvP.
