    Default What do you want your final skill to be?

    Here's mine i couldnt pick i had some ideas flowing. I'd just say the damage would be use ur common sense

    Operative

    Psyionic Blast - A blastshot type skill ala PL. 5m Splash AoE, 60% damage after initial hit. 12m range.

    Retinal Beam - A deadly laser shot from the eyes across a 110 degree view span, anything that gets hit gets moderate damage and stun for 3 secs.


    Engineer

    Energy cloak - Makes you essentially aggro-less for 15 secs. Mana ticks down at fast rate. Less when maxed, but still pretty fast. (I know ops would love this skill but, to be honest, i think it would make op too easy.)

    Lol, people might like this one...or hate it.

    Implosion - works like gravity well, but on your teammates only. Groups party withing range of heal skills. 45 second cooldown AT LEAST. this could be abused. Cool idea to begin with tho hehe

    Zeus' Fury - Engineer rains lightning down, 8m aoe, moderate to heavy damage and haste buff on engi for 6 seconds.


    Commando

    Megaton Burst - commando crouches down and RAAAHH!!!! bursts up, arms out with maybe a beam of light or explosion, and the enemies get knockback and Dot fire damage. Must not be able to knock out of gravity well range, obvz.


    Hydrogen Bomb - Commando lobs a futuristic grenade at mob. Explosive aoe. Moderate damage to everyone in 6m range.

    Since it's the last skill, assuming it would be gained at 30, 33, that range maybe, I really want it to be an effective, almost an ultimate, and class defining skill.

    Personally, I think a passive skill which would be built to somehow focus on either a defensive or offensive build is good. It'd add class specification through one skill.

    For example, a passive skill that would increase the effectiveness of defensive buffs/regen with the cost of a decrease in effectiveness of damaging skills/buffs; and vice versa.

    Not sure exactly how it'll work since it's only one skill that would need to work like two skills, but that's what I had in mind.

    Another active skill for my commando (at least in my build) is too much, IMO. I already had to re do my build to fit all 8 active skills onto my hotkeys, another to consider would be pretty difficult and less efficient.

    I'd love a passive

    Yeah true, Elly, Commandos are pretty combat intense as it is.

    I want a Commando dodge buff! But one that's efficient and lasts more than 3 seconds.

    I agree. I'm certain that the other classes are as skill active as well (not sure exactly how active since I don't even have their alts), but I have to say, for a Commando and all that aggro management, 1 point in each aggro skill is very important to me. That said, another additional active skill is going to have very little value despite being a new skill. Unless, however, this new skill is really good which just makes me discard one of my older ones.

    It'd be nice Night, but in my opinion, I think STS may want to stay away from adding Dodge buffs already. As far as I know, 29 base dodge (pink chest) is heaps for a 31 commando. IMO, 29 base dodge is enough (even towards later on) and armor should be worked on. My two cents

    For engineer, I just want a real direct damage skill instead of a junk DOT. Sonic boom would be the bomb if it didn't have such a long cooldown. So yeah, single target, big direct damage with no DOT.

    Maybe something like "last ditch" was for smugglers in SWG, but honestly that would probably be better suited for ops.

    I've got an awesome one. Now, this isn't because I'm a selfish engineer looking out for myself. It's really for the benefit of the team. Not even sure if it's great for a last skill but it'd be cool to have. I'd call it Vampire or Vampiric Leech. It allows you to drain/rob your teammates of some health collectively to give you a boost of health to stay alive...of course for the purpose of keeping the whole team alive and preventing a wipe. Or maybe not...muwahahaha! *evil laugh*

    first off im pretty sure star legends wont end at lvl 35 but i could be wrong but...

    engineers need a high mana costing spamable flash heal

    It won't end, of course, but the skills probably will.

    If PL is any sort of evidence, skills stopped at 22 yet cap is already 60.

    Perhaps its worth creating a new thread about this, but is there anyone else who thinks that STS should have introduced less skills, then 1 skill per update? Would have kept things fresh for longer, and also whats the point in having so many skills but not enough points in them to be worth while?

    Invisible hologram

    A commando dodge buff starting off at about +3 and getting stronger as you upgrade it( maybe +20?? lol) . Makes commando look transparent as he plays and gives bad guys a tough time finding him therefore increasing dodge ;-)

    What I would like to see is an upgraded system, meaning just like armor is upgradeable, make skills upgradable too. But Since i wuv my engineer, My last skill would be "construct"
    this skill would create a turret and help blast (like a 6th member if only one engineer is present, but if a team of engineers(5) 5 turrets...O.O).... and support your team. "thz to karaai, she came up with the idea "

    Is necroing threads reportable if you do it many times over and over when people are annoyed and tell you to stop?

    Another engi skill I thought of: Last Chance

    Will dramaticly increase the engi's stats but at the cost of all your mana and some of your life, all of your skills will have 1 second cool down and unlimited uses. will last for 20 seconds but when the skill ends there is no mana/health regen and you will have to wait 1 minute to regen and to use again and once the minute is over you will need 100% mana and at least 1/2 health to use again.
