Lvl 7-9 or 12-14 mage build pvp

Looking for a good mage build. tyvm if any do give me some heads up on mage build. ☺

For Level 7:
1.) GW:
3/5 Curse (Sweeping, and Penetrating)
1/5 Heal
3/5 Shield (Extended, and Static Resonance)
2.) Vs:
1/5 light
1/5 curse
2/5 heal (Regrowth)
2/5 shield (Static Resonance)

For Level 8:
1.) GW:
Same as 7, and add regrowth on heal
2.) Vs:
Same as 7, add sweeping upgrade on curse

For Level 9:
1.) GW:
Same as 8, add Lingering upgrade on curse
2.) Vs:
Same as 8, add Extended upgrade on Shield

For Level 12:
2/5 light (Positive Surge)
4/5 Curse (All except Words of Weakening)
3/5 shield (Extended and Static Resonance)
2/5 heal (Regrowth)

For Level 13:
Same as 12, add Hardened Upgrade on Shield

For Level 14:
Same as 13, add Empower Upgrade on Heal

In my opinion these are the best builds for mages at 7-9 and 12-14. Good luck!
