One of the factors of consideration is that while the stats are better in the new power curve, they are not enough on their own to trump things like Enhancements and procs on the weapons. Stat wise the new gear will be leaps and bounds, however the procs and enhancements should be a deciding factor as well. An Arcane with 4 Enhancement slots that compensate for the stat divide and damage divide is still possible, however level 61 mythics will be very powerful by comparison for example.
Thank you for making beautiful bows and daggers. Much better than the old iron of the last expansion.
I hardly worked now to stay on Best Overall Lb, and I was really excited about this banner...
I m actually really mad and disappointed about that fact... every season got to end with a banner...
last time same, many ppl got time runned because it was able to stack damage elixir, nobody did smth about it
now many ppl dummy farm, or whatever... but I was really working hard now to stay there and now I m just disappointed...
again wasted my time for all this ... thanks guys.

Current leaderboard rewards for this season will be honored and granted as normal, only moving into next season are certain ones being removed. This means season 9 still has an overall, PVE kills, CTF, PvP and Deathmatch Kills, etc.
Hard work put into this season's leaderboard will still be recognized.
Thank you STG for making outdated the latest (few months old) arcanes again. I was afraid of this one exactly. Now all of our items going from 100 to 0 in a couple of weeks. And whats with the banished/antignome set pieces? Another bunch of junk in our invetory? I feel kinda bankrupted / sad again.
Im curious why these new locked are only gunna be around for two weeks \(._.)/ ?
Since every weapon henceforth is prone to awakening, we are looking at a few millions spent on the weapon & a few more on enhancements.
Does this mean enhancements has actually taken a wrong turn? Obtaining this kind of gold is impossible for players.

For 2 weeks they will only drop in that zone as for cryo locks wil drop every whers for the next 2 weeks after that there gone and the new locks are every where excsept tombts caves...RUN JARL RUN WHILE U STILL CAN THERE COMEING BACK FOR YOU!

Great work STS expansion looks good! So I'm guessing lvl 40 is still going to be Max Passive ability for pets then? Nothing was mention in the post. Can you shed some small info on new Arcane Cryoworm Pet? For example how does it compare to Nekro?
Looks great! Looking forward to trying it all out and advance in ranks.
Removing some of the leaderboards is fine imo, BUT then make some new seasonal ones and add some more APs to the 5k and 10k flags achievements and some titles would be nice too for putting so much time into one AP

Fingers crossed that your right because remember that cryo crates only dropped in Ydra and higher maps. I know Justg said all maps but......like I said, fingers crossed we will get Jarl back

Your Arcanes will still remain powerful while leveling, and will still have to be replaced (you will not just pick up an item after killing 10 mobs and throw away your arcane). The new Epics and such will have more damage, but will be lacking your Enhancements, lacking other stats (STR, INT, DEX, Crit, Armor, etc) when compared to your Arcanes, and will not have procs. Plenty of reason to use your Arcane until you have received a powerful weapon and replaced it.
We have mentioned before that there will be a content update that will be based around the Antignome and Banished Power sets, and will make players really wish they had completed at least one of the sets. It's just not coming with the rest of the expansion as to not distract players from the amazingness of Somberholt.
