Bug: Enhancer Timer/Numa Outpost xp

When purchasing an Enhancer and you go out of the game to the main lobby/start screen I have noticed that the Enhancer timer keeps on running down.

Though when entering BlackStar/Numa Outpost the jumps back to where it should be.. I have not tested what will happen if this runs to 0 when in lobby. Not a pressing matter,

However I would like confirmation if this is a bug or is this intended atm?

Also..

I noticed this after first turning lvl 30 (though this does come and go randomly) when entering the Numa Outpost it displays the 'Too high level for experience' message along the bottom of the screen, I believed this had been fixed but occurred again not long ago.

Last I checked, I was still getting the "go to other level dungeon" exclamation point icon and notification in Numa Prime UC Outpost. I'm currently at at level 28.

Regarding the strange Enhancer timer behaviour you have noticed; couldn't say. I don't use them. However, I believe every word you said!
