are Immortal weapons still the best at lvl cap 61?

so I'm thinking if arcane weapons immortal are still the best ones.
i just wanna get a new weapon but don't wanna waste gold if it is not good anymore or if there is something better now..

Dont forget that those 61 Rare weapons doesnt have any procs..
