Is it advisable to use curse in PvP and how to counter a curse? For lvl61

From what i know curse is cool at low level PvP brackets like 8-20. Not many mages used curse in 56 cause they just wanted to deal as much damage as they can by light/ice/fire combo. Not sure it will be useful in 61 but you can try it. Use shield then rush in enemy with charged curse. When you close enough cast skill and run away to back. Don't do it when you are without any shield. Make sure you have heal ready for dangerous situations
