Problem retrieving gold

So today I was collection gold from cs, I had two items that sold for about 600k and when I went to complete the auction the gold didn't get added to my character.

I just wanted to know if this has happen to anyone else and if anyone knows if support can even do anything about this

I had 183k on me and it also happened when retrieving about 70k. Are you at gold cap on your character(9,999,999 gold)? If not, report the bug with as much detail as possible to, support@spacetimestudios.com

No I'm no where the gold cap, it was just strange for 600k or so to disappear. Thanks for your response

Did you have multiple sales to collect and you collected them relatively fast? eg, spam clicking the 'Complete Sale' button.

I know I get an error when I spam that button and I have a lot of sales to collect, not sure if I don't get some though since they're relatively small amounts.

I had two, one for 450kish and the other for 100k and as far as I can tell neither of them where added to my amount.
