Regarding the Locked Crate of Hallows Recipe

Hey Everyone!

Today we made a change to the recipe for the Locked Crate of Hallows to only require 1 Massive Crate instead of 3. This was always intended to be 1 Massive Crate not 3 so we wanted to correct it.

Because of this change, we have granted an additional 2 Locked Crate of Hallows for each crate crafted when the recipe required 3 Massive Crates. Players will now have the correct amount of crates crafted

These are automatically granted, and should appear in players stash or inventories shortly.

(I opened my first crate ever earlier today and got an Arcane so teehee)

When does this take effect? I just logged on after update and found no additional Hallows crate in either my stash or inventory.

Same :/ contacted support as well.. Hope that we get our massives back fast.. Prices dropping.

When a similar issue happened, it was the next business day before any refund/reimbursements were granted.

Same didnt get any additional massive hallow crate, i check my stash and inventory but no crate yet, i crafted many hallow crate using 3 massive cryo. Well i already contacted support hope they give it fast before the hallow crate become cheap.😀😀

Craft alot of hallow yesterday and just online to check it.. nothing in my inven and stash

I didnt get my refund either.. and does it affect if i had it in crafting station when this information/update came? :/ because i was sleeping at the moment and couldnt collect my locked from crafting station?

Maybe it's more complex than we think. Give them some time, the event isn't anywhere near finished

Dev said you need email support with issue and ign then they can look into account and grant additional number of crates
