I only play Arcane Legends nowadays during events and for PvP, however i found it very difficult to find a active level. Im curious whats the most Active PvP level.

From my experience, all twink levels are "dying." None of them (lvls 3-27) are as active as they used to be. Within the last 3 months I have done pvp at level 7, 8, 14, and 16. They all became boring quickly because there is not as much of a challenge and often times its difficult to find full TDM matches. CTF is almost nonexistant now, which sucks, and i think the downfall of CTF is what played a role in making twink levels substantially less active than what they used to be. My best suggestion would be to try out level 10, 14, 17, and 23 because I believe those are the most active twink levels, at times. Me and some other people I know decided to make a secondary character at level 58 to compensate for the times of the day when twink pvp is dead (which depends on the level). And so far its extremely fun. So I would agree with Cons answer. If your looking for the most active pvp definitely go to level 58, because sadly twink levels are struggling.
This doesnt mean twinks cant rebound and become awesome again though!

My sister playing 15 and 50. 15 is active at time to time, 49-50 is active but you wont find many players there during event
From what i see currently 57-58 is most active tho
