I was a lil disappointed when I got out of craft and it does nothing. The other trophies have an effect at least.

So what does it actually look like?
Go to my tavern, at the back wall to the left of the floating sword
Look for Patric star
The chubby Oscar-ish thingy on the fireplace.
My house is tiny so I don't really have a problem with the trophy. I think it looks nice, a classy understated representation of the over-the-top real
