Help with making a twink

Hey guys I decided to try out making a lvl 6 twink (rogue). Just strictly for pve. I'm confused on how this all works. Like my skills. What do I use? I obviously can only use a few skills since I only go to lvl6. I choose lvl 6 because someone in chat said that. (Coulda been trolled) lol. But any help would be great. I'm sure there is a guide somewhere but I couldn't find one. Thanks guys

It depends what you want to use the twink for I think lvl 6 is too low with not enough skill points to be fun/effective. I have a bunch of lvl 13 twink rogues that I use for events- they all share the one set of gear and have nilbog pets. For max. damage & efficiency in event maps I use shadow pierce, storm shot, aimed and nox, bit potion heavy but I collect Klaas n Shaz bonuses so by the time events roll around I have heaps of pots.

For pve twink, I suggest you to try level 15, easy to farm energy and so.
