Holy crap. I haven't used my tokens either. Got busy irl & thought I would spend them on Monday as was announced. Sts pls fix this.

The event ended on a Thursday 1:30 pm CT.3 day cool down = Friday,Saturday and Sunday til 1:30 pm CT.Sts said they would collect unused tokens on Monday. They never said cool down ends on Monday.

That's your interpretation and tokens were collected on Sunday so I don't see the point you're making

There was no warning for ending, thats bad but. Why u wait till last day or hour to use ur tokens? Its not like u gonna get more tokens or something like that. Stop watching it and use it. Had enough time to decide what to do with it.

Sts mistake: even though you said 3 day cooldown, u mentioned monday on it.
Players mistake: rather then counting the days we relied on visual of monday & it got stuck in our heads.
Many of us were busy irl & we failed to collect rewards in the due time. I myself relied on the Monday visual stuck in my head. We had worked hard playing on multiple toons & pls do not let our efforts go to waste.

I highly doubt that it was a mistake because it was mentioned on forums and in game you can see it on update log.

To all those saying/thinking that those who didn't spend tokens before the "pats boom event ended" that it's their mistake for not spending tokens the day before or something: There could be tons of reasons why players choose to spend tokens at the last minutes of event cool down. My reason for waiting till the last minute was to see the change in value of each token items. I spend a lot of time thinking wisely about what would be best to spend my tokens on, what I could profit mostly from. To seee this of course I have to observe the value changes in event token items. This is why a system warning message is essential for event cool down ending and not just a "pats boom event ended".

My compromise is that since its a mistake by both parties, they should give us a day or half a day to spend our tokens by reinstating the event town.

I did, made a killing on the cooldown XD...this isn't STS guys. plenty of time..but a notification wouldn't hurt also

You wouldn't talk like this if you had an IRL situation that wouldn't give you the time to log and spend tokens. Instead of standing against each other we as a community should stand together. Name one negative thing that can result from player just getting to spend their tokens.

I'm 100% sure that the token data has not been wiped. It just requires a little work to put them back in the live servers. Can't STS put a little effort to do this?? They don't even have to check EVERY single players event token data no. Just let the peeps that failed to spend tokens because of STS's miscommunication email support. Let the event items be displayed in store and, don't have to open the event map again.
