My say is level 17 I'm 41 I can't see the green circle effect in pvp is that normal?

Sam's passive healing is triggered when Sam is attacking/dealing damage on a target. If your Sam doesn't seem to be doing any damage to the target then it's passive healing won't be actived. This could be because of your Sam's low level
