PvE Skills

So, I'm thinking about doing a respec with my lvl 37 mage, but I do not know which skills I should choose. I would like to get a PvE build and also the max damage output from my skills. I have no need for defensive/healing skills such as Arcane Shield and Lifegiver.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by that? Is it including the last or except the last?

Fireball mastery or shield for masoleum might be helpful but i would first max timeshift one

Yes, but I will only use fireball, lightning, ice, and time shift, so which ones should I focus on? (I know about time shift, but any others?)

I see no point on FB mastery.
You cant stun over stun.
Also i barely find a 7+ mob (except on tombs pulls).
Low cooldown break the skill usage chain.

Imo masteries should be TS 10 / Gale 5 (2secs here is enough for me).

Ok, but I do not use gale, only TS, FB lightning, and ice.
