Bought plat, credit card taken payment, not received plat
As the title says i have a friend who purchased plat at event start, the credit card took the money, but no plat has been received.
Now ... the event kinda ends in a couple of days, so you can understand both the urgency and the frustration of the situation?
Specifically as those vanities available for plat are so great to have, it would be such a shame that she missed out on them.
Support was contacted last Thursday, i believe, regarding this matter and it still has not been sorted out
Neither can she risk purchasing more plat until she knows that its going to work else she would have bought more while she waited.
Is there any chance one of you devs that read this can go talk to the support team asap please ... please .... pretty please ... pretty please with cake sprinkles on top ..... ?
