Item difference from required arcane shards

BEFORE
Lvl31 Blood Ruby

Lvl41 Rendtail Ring


AFTER
Lvl56 Belt

LVL61 Belt which needs (Arc shard, 5 balanced scales and a lvl58 belt bought from balanced tokens and......10k gold )


To those who might say that there is a 10 lvl difference in items from first comparison while in the next its only 5lvls, I could have used a lvl41 archon ring....but its even worse than blood ruby :O
