I talked with friends about same few days ago. 10-11 is death, my friend maxed his mage few months ago there and now trying to sell gear because people quitted. 13-15 seems active but not that much as few months before. Most of them moved to endgame or to level 24 which seems active at the moment from all levels. In 48-50 people got abit active again. If you need more info about that level feel free to pm Beer. He twink there since ages. Also 41-43 seems active. Last time i goes offline i landed in kraag with like 10-15 twinks 41-43 standing and " talking friendly #@£%£#@@#" to each other

No 9-11 super active if no events dont go 15 up theres a arcane weap its not funny now better to go lvl 9 ez to run gauntlet or event

Go to L58. Theres alot of fun there, especially that you're a rogue
16 is pretty sweet. Got arcane weaps. Pretty active.
Also the most expensive lvl. 7m wont cover it if u want to be well geared as a rogue.
come 8 , we have good amount of players in lvl 6-9
PvP at low level is dying and I doubt it will active again like a couple years ago. The gear is getting rare because a lot of peoples quit and the gear still with them. I suggest you to play at max level where a lot peoples playing. Waiting 10 minutes in TDM got 1 enemy, he got defeated once, then he quit, that's annoying.

Lvl 46-50 is by far the cheapest now. For example as a rogue it will cost you around 2m for gears as pet i see alot ppl running there with gyrm or ribbit aa around xD But with nekro you will be at under 5m and you can do well
