Warrior Endgame PvP

I will be PvPing with my warrior so I need advice, please.
Here's what I have found so far. Feel free to make suggestions to any category so I can edit.

Level:
What's the best endgame bracket to pvp at?
I'm at level 58

Gear:
Armor and helm: dusk/light - potency or assault?
Weapon: legendary, dragon sword, or immo aegis?
Amulet: cryo brooch warlord, cryo heart war, or planar pendant?
Ring: rendtail
Belt: elondria tenacity

Pet:
Base: Grimm
AA: Nekro
Happiness: MM

Build:
Skills: ?
Passives: ?
Masteries: ?

I will possibly be making a guide from this, so any input is appreciated, but please explain why one choice over another.
