How to collapse the Skill buttons on iPhone 3GS? Old switch is gone.

Please help. I can't figure out how the to collapse the Skill buttons on an iPhone 3GS. There used to be a little triangle button under them but it's no longer there after latest update.

BTW, their attempt at making the new UI more intuitive is an absolute fail.

The collapse/expand button is placed right where the hp potions are placed.

Geez. Why on earth did they move it there???
