is it still active at that lvl bracket? i used to twink at that lvl a long time ago but id like to know if its still active.

21 22 is dead. 23 24 is ok

If you're an arc rogue you can shred the bracket. All others, need some strategy.

i wont be able to be have best gear and evrything but 2 years ago i had some skill so that shoudnt be to much of a problem but im afraid there arnt alot of players left to in that lvl bracket nowadays
