Equipment with strength or damage

Hi I have some doubt regarding the mage equipment so my question is that Is equipment with strength good with lots of health or Equipment with less health and str but more damage, so please tell me which should I go for?
P.S I'm currently level 61, also state which weapon/armor/helm/ring/belt and amulet should I use.

mage allready hv high dmg..so go for STR/INT type items cuz u need more health and harder Arcane Shield skill
